Therapea is for you if you've been fine on paper but not quite okay on the inside. If you've Googled "do I need therapy" and talked yourself out of it. If you're not falling apart, just quietly carrying more than you should be, and ready to stop pretending you're not.
We're two counselling psychologists who've been in therapy ourselves. We built Therapea because we know what it feels like to need a space like this, and not know where to find one.
