Our work together

Everyone comes in carrying a bag. You've had it so long, it feels like your spine. Early seasons packed things that happened, things that never did.

The past arrives in the room, alive. Sometimes you leave it with me while you navigate. I hold it. Without flinching.

Slowly, you begin to understand what's inside. You carry it differently now. That's what changes.

If you're curious about what working together might look like, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call.

No pressure, just a conversation to see if this feels like the right space for you.

And if you're not sure yet, that's okay too. Sometimes just reading this is a first step in itself.

Sessions are 50 minutes, starting at ₹1,200.

How I work?

My approach is relational, which means we pay attention to what's happening beneath the surface. Not just what you're feeling, but why certain patterns keep showing up. In relationships, in how you see yourself, in the way you move through the world.

Sometimes words don't reach everything. So alongside conversation, I sometimes use art, or play to explore what's there; not in a forced way, just when it feels right. If that sounds unusual, think of it as finding more ways in.

About me

Hi, I'm Deshna, a psychotherapist working with people online across India and worldwide, and in person in Pune.

I came to this work through a quiet curiosity about people; their stories, the patterns they carry, the ways they protect themselves without realising it.

What I've come to believe is simple: most people don't need fixing. They need someone who will actually slow down and sit with them.

That's what I try to offer.

Who I work with?

I work with young adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, body image, grief, and the feeling of being stuck without knowing why.

If you've ever caught yourself thinking "why do I always do this", in relationships, in how you treat yourself, in the same arguments that keep coming back, you're in the right place.

If something feels off but you can't quite name it. If you're tired of carrying it alone. If you're ready to actually look at it, slowly, with someone who won't flinch.

This is for you.

I offer therapy sessions in English and Hindi.
