What we offer

We're not here to do something no one else is doing. We're here to do it alongside, to complement, not compete.

Deshna and Tanisha built Therapea from two different instincts that, together, make something whole. One of us is drawn to how people experience a space. The other to what sparks between them. One of us believes in the journey of expression. The other in the quiet power of just showing up. We don't need to be the same to build something that holds everyone. That's actually the point.

1. Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Sometimes the weight of what you're carrying is hard to name, let alone share.

Therapy at Therapea is a space where you don't have to have it figured out before you walk in.

We work relationally. That means the relationship between you and your therapist isn't just the backdrop to the work,  it is the work. You'll be met with curiosity, not judgment. Warmth, not advice. Presence, not a checklist.

What happens in your sessions is shaped by you; your pace, your language, your process. We're here to sit with you in it, not rush you through it. Therapea works with therapists who bring their own genuine presence to the room.

 

Sessions are available online and in person in Pune and Mumbai.

2. Communities 

Communities

There's something that happens when you're in a room or a space; with people who just get it. Not because they have answers, but because they've felt something similar.

 

Therapea communities are built around shared experiences and identities. Some form around a particular feeling. Some around a life stage. Some around who you are. What they have in common is this: you won't spend your time explaining yourself. You'll spend it being understood.

 

These aren't support groups in the traditional sense. They're living, breathing spaces where connection is the point, and where being cared for doesn't come with conditions.

 

Communities run both online and in person, in varying formats and durations.

3. Workshops

Workshops at Therapea aren't about learning the right things. They're about experiencing something and letting that experience move you.

Depending on the workshop, you might work through expressive and creative mediums, explore ideas that shift how you see something, or simply be in a space where reflection is made room for. Some workshops are one-time. Some unfold over time. All of them are designed so that what you take away is felt, not just noted.

We offer workshops for individuals and organisations, because the need to slow down, express, and reconnect isn't limited to personal life.
